This urban mens jacket is more air than material, but it works! The combination of two types of mesh and a little bit of highly abrasion-resistant solid-weave polyester, means this jacket will keep you as cool as you possibly can be while remaining protected on your bike. The bulk of the mens Vigor jacket from Rev’It! is a standard mesh fabric, while the top of the chest and back, and upper arms consist of a 3D mesh fabric that enhances airflow to the part of your body that is most exposed on a bike. Cool!

It has more protection than you’d expect from a fully mesh jacket. This jacket has a 600 denier polyester fabric at the main impact points, the elbows, and has Knox CE certified Flexiform limb protectors at the elbows and shoulders. Knox Flexiform protectors are lightweight and flexible, have two hinge points and a full of breathable holes for comfort. The mens Rev’It! Vigor jacket also has a pocket in the back for adding a SeeSoft level 2 CE certified back protector insert type RV.
